Terms of service
The agreement
These terms govern your use of GREPHT (grepht.app). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using GREPHT on behalf of a company, you are agreeing on its behalf.
The service
GREPHT keeps a shared record of the tools and systems your team builds — what exists, who owns it, what depends on what, and whether it is healthy — and answers questions over that record. It learns from what you register and connect; it is only as complete as what you give it.
Accounts and workspaces
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in secure. A workspace is shared: its members can read its record, and its administrators decide who is a member. You are responsible for what is done in your workspace under your access.
Plans, billing and what happens when a plan ends
Paid plans are billed by Stripe, monthly or annually, per workspace. Optional add-ons are billed on the same subscription. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the subscription at the end of the period already paid for.
When a subscription ends or a payment ultimately fails, your record stays readable to you — GREPHT does not hold what you built hostage over a card. What stops is the paid work: GREPHT stops adding to the record, and monitoring stops. A failed payment gets a grace window for monitoring while Stripe retries, so a clerical error does not take down your alerting the same afternoon.
Your content
The record you build in GREPHT is yours. You give us the license needed to store it, process it and show it to your workspace — that is, to operate the service — and nothing more. We do not use your record to train AI models, and our AI provider is bound the same way.
AI-generated analysis
Answers and analyses in GREPHT are composed from your own record, and the product shows its working where it can. They can still be incomplete or wrong — a record can be out of date, and a model can err. Verify before acting on anything consequential. GREPHT is a tool for understanding your systems, not a substitute for judgment about them.
Acceptable use
Do not use GREPHT to break the law, to probe or disrupt the service or other people’s data, to register content you have no right to, or to resell access. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other customers, and we will say why.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GREPHT available and correct, and the product will keep evolving. We may change or retire features; if a change removes something you meaningfully rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and limits
GREPHT is provided as-is, without warranties beyond what the law does not allow us to disclaim. To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using GREPHT and delete your account at any time. We can terminate for material breach of these terms. The privacy policy’s deletion and retention rules apply either way.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
